Ninja Turtle Nails Tutorial

These ninja turtle nails are so easy to do! Who doesn't love the good old turtles in a half shell! It's an easy way to spice up your mani in a matter of minutes.

In this tutorial I used Barry M in Spring Green, Beauty UK in Lilac Girl, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Blue Me Away, Sinful Colors in Ruby Ruby and NYC in Spring Street.

Tips & Tricks

For the eyes use a dotting tool or a substitute such as a bobby pin or the end of a brush.
If your polishes for the masks aren't completely opaque, they might end up looking muddy over the green. Do a white stripe first, then go over it with your color.
I tried to paint on little mouths for them, but it was an epic fail! :( If you're feeling brave, give it a try.
For your thumb, you can try doing the TMNT logo, or a shell or do a little April or Splinter.
